Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
By placing an order with ABC School Supplies you agree to be bound by these conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order for any
products.

2. Orders
The minimum order value is $25 not including GST. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
The supply of goods is subject to availability. From time to time a different brand or item may be supplied that differs from the image or description shown on the
website.
We try to maintain accurate stock levels but from time to time if an item is out of stock our team may also contact you to offer an alternative or cancel or refund
for that item.
We reserve the right to not accept an order.

3. Backorders
If an item is out of stock it will be placed on backorder. All backorders with a value over $25 will be delivered as soon as available with no freight charge.
If the value of the backorder is under $25 we will communicate with you to either wait to send your order complete or offer an alternative or cancel the backorder
item.
If you are located in a remote or regional area and your order cannot be supplied complete, we will contact you to discuss either waiting to send the order
complete, cancelling the backorder or paying the freight charge for the backordered item.

4. Price
The prices charged will be those shown on our website unless there has been an error in which case you will be notified.
If an item has been incorrectly priced and the correct price is lower than the website price, you will pay the lower price. If the correct price is higher than the
website price we will contact you to advise and seek your confirmation to proceed or cancel the order.
Prices do not include delivery, this will be added at checkout or if required we will contact you with a quote.
Any applicable GST will be shown at checkout.

5. Payment
For account based customers your credit and payment terms are as stated on your invoice that is supplied with your order. That is 30 days from date of invoice
unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
ABC School Supplies reserves the right to suspend an account that has monies owing outside the agreed payment terms.
For customers paying directly on the website, we accept VISA and Mastercard.
We reserve the right to review and change credit fee charges at any time.
Payment is to be made in Australian Dollars.
If a payment is unable to be processed the order may be cancelled or suspended.

6. Delivery
Our delivery zones and costs are for standard deliveries that are able to be delivered to a standard address with easy access.
An order is deemed to be delivered when signed for at time of delivery or when providing an Authority to Leave it will be delivered and left by the driver.
Delivery rates are calculated at checkout and include standard parcels and freight. Any orders with furniture or bulky goods or hazardous materials will be subject to additional freight fees and our team will advise and confirm prior to despatch.
We reserve the right to vary delivery rates from time to time.
If your address does not allow you to check out in the shopping cart then please contact customer service for more information.

7. Authority To Leave
Any delivery to a home address or an unattended address or an address with limited hours of attendance must provide an Authority to Leave.
You agree that the order is deemed to be delivered when left at your premises with Authority to Leave. No responsibility is taken by ABC School Supplies once the item is left at your premises. If you do not want to provide an Authority to Leave please request a signature required delivery and request a quote for this method.

8. Returns
If you have an item you wish to return or have replaced please contact our support team on 07 3823 2999.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Returns for reasons other than damaged or supplier error are subject to a restock fee of $15 plus gst or 15% of the sales value, whichever is the greater. An additional return freight fee may be charged due to customer location or size and type of freight.

If the item is faulty or damaged we will either replace, refund or provide a credit note to your account. Returns for reasons of damage or incorrect supply require photos sent to info@abcschoolsupplies.com.au for evidence. All items returned for reasons other than damage must be in as new , unopened and saleable condition - not used. A credit or refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned and assessed for condition. All returns are subject to approval by ABC School Supplies.

9. Title
Ownership of the products will only pass to you on full payment of the goods including any delivery fee or other charges.
The products become at your risk at the time of delivery.
