TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT

By placing an order with ABC School Supplies you agree to be bound by these conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order for any products.

2. ORDERS

The minimum order value is $25 not including GST. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
The supply of goods is subject to availability. From time to time a different brand or item may be supplied that differs from the image or description shown on the website.
Our team may also contact you to offer an alternative.
We reserve the right to not accept an order.

3. BACKORDERS

If an item is out of stock it will be placed on backorder. All backorders with a value over $25 will be delivered as soon as available with no freight charge.
If the value of the backorder is under $25 we will communicate with you to either wait to send your order complete or offer an alternative or cancel the backorder item.
If you are located in delivery Zone 5,6 or 7 we will contact you to discuss either waiting to send the order complete, cancelling the backorder or paying the freight charge.

4. PRICE

The prices charged will be those shown on our website unless there has been an error in which case you will be notified.
If an item has been incorrectly priced and the correct price is lower than the website price, you will pay the lower price. If the correct price is higher than the website price we will contact you to advise and seek your confirmation to proceed or cancel the order.
Prices do not include delivery, this will be added at checkout or if required we will contact you with a quote.
Any applicable GST will be shown at checkout.

5. PAYMENT

For account based customers your credit and payment terms are as stated on your invoice that is supplied with your order. That is 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
ABC School Supplies reserves the right to suspend an account that has monies owing outside the agreed payment terms.
For customers paying directly on the website, we accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
For all customers paying by American Express there is an additional 1.5% surcharge.
Payment is to be made in Australian Dollars.
If a payment is unable to be processed the order may be cancelled or suspended.

6. DELIVERY

Our delivery zones and costs are as per Delivery Terms & Conditions.
An order is deemed to b delivered when signed for at time of delivery or when providing an Authority to Leave.
Delivery rates are calculated at checkout unless your location is in a delivery zone that requires freight to be quoted.
We reserve the right to vary delivery rates from time to time.
Should an order require any additional delivery fee from that stated on the website at checkout then we will contact you to advise of such. You will have the option to proceed or cancel or amend your order if such a circumstance occurred.

7. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Any delivery to a home address or an unattended address or an address with limited hours of attendance must provide an Authority to Leave.
You agree that the order is deemed to be delivered when left at your premises with Authority to Leave.

8. RETURNS

If you have an item you wish to return or have replaced please contact our support team on 07 3823 2999.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
If the item is faulty or damaged we will either replace, refund or provide a credit note to your account.
If you wish to return an item because you have had a change of mind or do not require it we will consider the request. Note some return requests may not be granted or may be incur a fee for freight or restocking. In this case the goods must also be in new and saleable condition with original packaging.

9. TITLE

Ownership of the products will only pass to you on full payment of the goods including any delivery fee or other charges.
The products become at your risk at the time of delivery.
